Safer Surfacing
MATTA
This is a total flexible system which enables it to be installed virtually anywhere,
even on slopes or embankments. Matta can provide a Critical Fall Height up to 2.8m when fitted with 60mm shockpad. Matta comes in various colours.
BARK CHIPS
Are loose laid into a suitable pit which can either be excavated or formed with raised timber edgings above ground level.
PLAY TILES
These are pre-formed rubber tiles which come in a range of thicknesses
and are 1m2. The tiles are bonded to a suitable basework with special adhesive.
Can be made with pre-formed ramped edges or corners. Standard square edged tiles would be used on flush installation to new baseworks.
Playtiles are available in a range of colours and can also include numbers,
letters or animals.
WETPOUR
This very popular wetpour system will provide a continuous surface (no
joints) for general play areas or around equipment. It can be laid over most
hard surfaces, but new baseworks can be constructed if no suitable base exists. It is
available in a range of bright colours. Coloured inlays can be laid to add to the
areas play value.
